Based on a couple of recipe requests and the fact that this blog has been dormant for a while, I thought I'd post the recipe here.<br /><br />&nbsp;To start – Chapati is an Indian flatbread. Don't add too much water (I did this time) or it will be hard to roll the dough. text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Knead the dough for a few minutes then wrap in plastic wrap and rest for at least 15 minutes or up to a couple of hours.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Now, head a griddle or fry pan to medium high heat (I set the electric griddle to 400 degrees).</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;
